Robins Tchale-Watchou — CEO
Robins Tchale-Watchou is a Franco-Cameroonian serial entrepreneur and CEO of Bowency Groupe, a leading French company in sports, events, and entertainment with operations across five countries. He is also the founder of Ares Fighting MMA league and CEO of CentralProc Oil & Gas, a company specializing in energy and commodities trading. With a background as a professional rugby player and several key roles in rugby governance, Robins is deeply involved in the development of sports in Africa. He has been recognized with the Choiseul Sport Business Award and named one of the 100 most influential people in Africa by the African Union and News Africa in 2024.
Robert Mbom — Board Chairman
Trained as an investment banker, Robert has spent over 20 years advising senior leaders on security, economic development, energy infrastructure, and wealth creation. He played a key role in designing a sovereign wealth fund to reduce reliance on commodities and shift focus to human capital and technology. Robert has also managed the international division of a cybersecurity company and served as Managing Partner for a multi-family office focused on infrastructure and tech investments across Central Asia, Eastern Europe, and the Middle East. He is currently the Director and Co-Founder of The eDot Innovation Fund, a venture capital firm in Dublin, and is passionate about supporting entrepreneurs.
Saefaleslam Ezalmat — COO
Saefaleslam Ezalmat is a dynamic and visionary young executive with a proven track record in leadership, strategic management, and business development in the fields of logistics management, procurement, and commodity trading while demonstrating exceptional creativity, resilience, and problem-solving skills.
Currently serving as the COO of Central Proc Oil and Gas, Saefaleslam plays a pivotal role in market analysis, strategy development, logistics, and supply chain management across The Middle East, North Africa and Europe. His knowledge of global markets, multinational enterprises, and strategic innovation has allowed him to navigate complex business environments with confidence. With a relentless drive for success, he continues to push boundaries, making his mark as a forward-thinking leader in the corporate world.
